Celebrating the Birth of Jesus!

Last Updated 12/28/2022Posted in Roar Articles

This year's Christmas chapel was extra special as we were able to return to a full school chapel, complete with parents and guests!

Our high school praise team led us in song to begin our time together. Mr. Himmelstein, our HS Bible teacher and School Chaplain, shared a brief message encouraging us to each look for God's gift this year - His Son and the salvation that he brought us.

The cutest portion of the celebration was the performance by our Preschool and K-Prep students!  Dressed as members of the nativity, the students sang several songs.  They even recited Luke 2:10-11.

Their message was clear - Jesus has come so open the door to your heart. Then, Go! Tell the good news on the mountain and beyond!
